The world is competitive, and so is the job scenario. Unless the manufacturing industry earns the engineers cant be paid. Who can better help than a Six Sigma Belted professional?
The Belted certification programs teach the six sigma problems solving methodology (DMAIC), and the statistical tools. In our Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification programs the focus is on mastering the application skills rather than on the theoretical understanding. The Six Sigma G/B Belt certification program makes extensive use of MS-Excel/ Minitab for data analysis. At the end of the Six Sigma G/B Belt certification programs you will effectively solve problems abate defects and save money. Leaders can effectively involve in breakthrough projects. Also one can bring significant bottom-line results to the company and also grow professionally faster.
Our course is enriched using COMpro ( competence protocol) a tool devised by the team leader and includes Lean Engineering which makes the learning and professional journey richer. The participants will learn how to identify non value adding activities which customer does not pay up.
Even though doing real-life project is not a requirement for certification, our Six Sigma Green Belt certification programs the Green Belts are encouraged to do projects during the training duration. The projects should be an on-going activity where the application skills are sharpened through implementation.
Further, the Six Sigma Green Belt certification training is a stepping stone for the more challenging role of Black Belts. Those who wish to make six sigma a career are advised to go for the Six Sigma Green/Black Belt program
Course Fee for Green Belt: Rs. 7, 500 (INR)/ Rs 10,000
